Introduction

RENEXUS in collaboration with our international partner has developed a scientifically tested and proven technology with 3 operating sites known as the pyrolysis plant to recycle the used rubber products and plastic into synthetic oil, gas and carbon black without causing the release of harmful toxic chemicals into the environment. 

There are billions of rubber products and plastics reside in landfills and illegal dumps around the world. This scenario is causing pollution due to the release of toxic chemicals from these rubber products and plastic that is harmful to human health and nature.

The top alternative destination for plastic scrap is in Malaysia right after China, as China has banned the import of such waste, disrupting the flow of more than 7 million tonnes of plastic scrap a year.

In addition, plastic and unused tires will also become mosquito breeding spots if not being disposed properly. These may cause an increase of mosquitoes-borne disease.

By using AI and machine learning via iOT data we can trace and track waste generating location thus we are able to identify the affected type of waste, the amount of waste generated and treated.

Pyrolysis Plant is a popular way to turn rubber and plastics waste into energy. The proposed technology is based on low-temperature pyrolysis. It a thermal decomposition of carbonaceous waste without oxygen in a closed cycle.

From the advanced thermal process, RENEXUS will get to recover light oil that is used as a chemical feedstock for the production of new plastics, a medium fuel oil equivalent to diesel and heavy oil that is used to generate electricity for export to the grid.

Plastic waste belongs to highly effective materials: more than 600 liters of synthetic pyrolysis oil could be produced from one ton of plastic waste. The price of such oil is twice the cost of crude oil.
In addition, this technology is suitable to be used by the petroleum industry in order to decrease oil and gas mining that is harmful to nature. This new innovative technology by RENEXUS not only helps to conserve nature but also produces a better usage of oil through rubber and plastics products.

The proposed technology is based on a low-temperature pyrolysis. It a thermal decomposition of carbonaceous waste without oxygen in a closed cycle.

Description of The Pyrolysis Process

  1. The plant operation is based on the method of pyrolysis process with no access of oxygen. It is equipped with the cylindrical retort which rotates around the longitudinal axis (rotary furnace principle). Retort is placed in a heat-insulated case and heated by the furnace gas coming from the heating base. Because of constant raw material moving carbon incineration is steady, and carbon residual is being grind by help of metal cord. When heated, the plastic (rubber) polymers are decomposed and as gaseous enter the condensation line, where they are condensed and converted into liquid synthetic oil (own fuel for liquid fuel burners) and the excess gases which are used to heat the retort for the further pyrolysis process.
     
  2. An effective heat exchanger accelerates decomposition of raw materials.
     
  3. The released pyrolysis gases are supplied for cooling and for further separation into fractions (asphalt, diesel, petrol).
     
  4. After the end of the pyrolysis cycle, the reactor is cooled down; carbon black is discharged and packed into big bags. (Metal cord is to be discharged in case of tires incineration).
     
  5. The pyrolysis cycle is finished!

MATERIALS

All final products are of a high market value. Synthetic pyrolysis fuel can be processed on refineries in order to get the diesel fuel. Carbon black after processing can be used for various industrial purposes. Gas is used for own operation needs. The most pressing social, environmental and political problems concerning to already accumulated or newly generated waste of plastic and tires can be solved by our Plant!

This is the cheapest and most efficient solution for the recycle of carbonaceous waste over the next 20 years!

PLASTIC

We cannot live without plastic. It everywhere around us and its world production grows more than 10% every year.

Almost everything you see around you contains some plastic. It is found not only in product packaging but also in your furniture, clothes, electronic devices, cars. Our daily lives generate enormous amounts of plastic which eventually ends up as waste.

Plastic waste is not easily recycled. It is also quite stable and a good part of it (millions of tons) finds its way into soil and oceans, slowly decomposing and poisoning them.
